Visits to Industrial Federations and Workplace

Participants visit an industrial federation of trade unions, which plays an important role of linking RENGO with enterprise-based unions, to learn its role and activities. In addition, they visit a workplace or plant under the industrial federation and strengthen solidarity through discussions with union members and leader's actually working on the front line.
