In our supply of various services, the Japan International Labour Foundation (JILAF) acquires personal information from users. JILAF obeys pertinent laws and ordinances relating to personal information and ensures the appropriate handling of such information.
1. Acquisition of personal information
JILAF acquires personal information properly without recourse to fabrication and other illegal means.
Furthermore, when conducting access analysis, we do not specify the individual and have ensured that the function may be disabled if the user so wishes.

We use the Google Analytics software tool to conduct access analysis via Google (the analysis of website use information). This system also employs cookies to collect and store information on network users targeted by the analysis. This information on network users is collected anonymously and does not specify the individual. The function may be disabled; please refer to your browser settings if you so wish. 2.Use of personal information
(1) To facilitate work liaison, coordination, administrative processing, etc. pursuant to organization management.
(2) To reply to various inquiries.
3. Secure management of personal information
JILAF takes necessary and appropriate steps to prevent the leakage, loss, and damage of personal information and to otherwise ensure the secure management of personal information.
4. Consignment of personal information
When JILAF consigns all or part of handled personal information to a third party, we conduct a rigorous investigation of that third party and carry out necessary and appropriate surveillance of that third party so as to ensure the secure management of consigned personal information.
5. Supply of personal information to a third party
Excluding cases stipulated by laws and ordinances, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, JILAF does not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the person concerned.
6. Disclosure, amendment, etc. of personal information
If a person requests the disclosure of his/her personal information, JILAF will disclose the information promptly. At such times, however, JILAF will not disclose any personal information unless the person can provide proper identification.
If there is an error in the personal information and a request for correction, addition, or deletion is received from the person concerned, JILAF will respond to the request promptly after investigation. At such times, however, JILAF will not respond to the request unless the person can provide proper identification.
