Labour-Management Relations and Productivity Seminar (PROGRESS) in Vietnam
JILAF and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) jointly held a seminar on labour-management relations and productivity (PROGRESS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on March 7-10 with the participation of 28 union leaders from industrial- and enterprise-level unions in the city and surrounding provinces.

The Regional Organization of the International Trade Union Confederation for the Asia and the Pacific (ITUC-AP) held a coordination meeting for Trade Union International Solidarity Support Organizations (TUSSO) and Global Union Federations (GUF) in Singapore on December 13-14.

In December 2010 JILAF organized labour-management seminars and a women's seminar in Bangladesh, a country that is attracting attention as a new destination for Japanese companies seeking to locate operations overseas.

JILAF and the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (CITU) jointly held a seminar on labour-management relations and productivity (PROGRESS) in Puncak, Indonesia, on November 15-18 with the participation of 22 enterprise-based union leaders.

JILAF and the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) jointly held "POSITIVE Evaluation Seminar" in Coimbatore in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu on November 3-5 with the participation of 29 union leaders.

JILAF and the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) held a seminar on green jobs and decent work on October 17 and 18 on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines; 26 union members participated.

JILAF and the International Labour Organization (ILO) jointly held a multinational seminar in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 8-12 with the participation of 17 young union leaders from the Asia-Pacific region.
