Invitation Program

Main Program

Follow -Up Seminars

The aim of these follow-up seminars is to survey how participants in the Invitation Program are using in their daily activities the knowledge that they acquired through study in Japan and what aspects of present-day Japan are of interest to them and to reflect the results in the Invitation Program. In addition, holding follow-up seminars locally is important in the sense of providing forums for exchange among participants and supplying them with the latest information on Japan's labour situation, politics, and economy. So far follow-up seminars, which began in FY 2004, have been held in 16 countries (Bangladesh, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, The Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Zambia).
