9 trade union leaders were invited 14 days, Sep 27 - Oct 10, 2009

JILAF has invited 9 ladies from 9 countries during 27 Sep to 10 Oct. This is the first team which organized by only ladies since 2004.
We gathered them speaking only English, in addition to for the first 3 days we provided the program at the training facility in order to well communicate among participants.
We noticed that they deepened understanding about regarding Japanese labour situation with the passage of program gradually. All of them are eager in lectures and visit programs.
And also, they were able to discuss about gender issues because we organized some opportunities in this two weeks program. So they exchanged their views and questions actively about setting up the environment of working place for ladies.
