Pakistan
Because the development of the POSITIVE programme in 1994 began in Pakistan, the domestic implementation setup in that country, including the trainer setup, was established very early. The experience in Pakistan later played a major role in development of the programme in other countries. From fiscal 2004 Pakistan entered the stage of independent development. In 2005, when the Pakistan Workers Federation was founded as a unified national center, POSITIVE activities also reached an exciting phase.
The POSITIVE programme entered the stage of independent development from fiscal 2004. After the formation of the PWF through a merger of three organizations, while emphasizing the independence of the core trainers in those three organizations, activities have been conducted at the industrial and enterprise levels.
