The grooming of trainers and preparation of teaching materials have been proceeding steadily since 2000, and POSITIVE methods are being developed nationwide. Many independent plant-level seminars have been held, and the POSITIVE programme is playing a role in strengthening organization. Through the regular holding of national meetings, the distribution of improvement examples, and so on, the exchange of experiences among trainers is making progress, and spontaneous activities are lively. In practice, Nepal entered the stage of independent development from fiscal 2006.
