The Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (CITU) has been playing a central role in the establishment of an implementation setup since fiscal 2005. Introductory and regional seminars were conducted in 2006, and groups of core trainers and trainers are being groomed. Of the nine countries where the POSITIVE programme has been introduced, activities in Indonesia started most recently, but teaching material development is progressing steadily, and the enthusiastic trainers are at the stage of organizing industrial and regional seminars.
