In the case of Bangladesh, a conference of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions – Bangladesh Council (ICFTU-BC) shoulders responsibility for implementation, and the implementation setup and trainer setup have been established centered on the national coordinator. Trainers who are fostered at national seminars introduce the POSITIVE programme in the regions. Modest low-cost improvement activities are carried out, and many results have been announced. The preparation of teaching materials, including the action checklist, suited to workplace conditions in Bangladesh is making progress.
